Want to improve the quality of cancer care your organization provides? Join the National Behavioral Health Network this summer for a new webinar series on cancer control.
Throughout the series, participants will have the opportunity to explore examples of interdisciplinary collaborative efforts being made in the field to deliver more integrated comprehensive care, develop patient-centered survivorship plans to further increase outcomes and enhance patient quality-of-life, and address barriers to care across the cancer continuum in behavioral health populations.
During this session, presenters will:
- Discuss the impact of a cancer diagnosis for people with behavioral health conditions and how to address the resultant care challenges.
- Discuss opportunities for providers to partner with CCC coalitions on strategies to address cancer prevention in behavioral health populations.
- Describe strategies providers can use to help cancer patients with behavioral health issues and their families access valuable community-based resource
The first webinar of the series will take place on Tuesday, July 11 from 2-4 P.M. E.T.
