Description
Many cancer patients experience psychological distress due to existing behavioral health concerns or concerns brought about by the cancer diagnosis. As such, it is important for survivors and providers to be equipped with practical tools and resources to create an individualized action plan for survivorship. This webinar will explore the development of patient-centered survivorship plans to further increase outcomes and enhance the quality-of-life of patients in the behavioral health population.
Learning Objectives
By the conclusion of this webinar participants will be able to:
- Define quality survivorship and how can it be survivor centered and tailored to the needs of behavioral health populations.
- Identify at least two resources to enhance the quality of life of people living with cancer and behavioral health conditions.
- Outline some key elements for the development of a patient-centered treatment plan for behavioral health populations.
